A summary of the outcomes of an evaluation is referred to as an assessment report. It provides a summary of the strengths and weaknesses of an organisation, and is used to improve internal processes. It is usually created by an outside party, but can also be produced internally. Assessments are often used as part of the training and development programs, or as part a broader company performance review.

The assessment report should clearly outline the results of the evaluation, and what actions were taken in response to these findings. They should be easy to read and employ the right mix of text and images to convey information. They should also consider the design principles of the organisation to ensure that they are effectively designed and reflect the brand.

When assessing a course, it is not about determining if students have met the prerequisite requirements. It is more about how they’ve developed and whether the program has helped improve student outcomes. Assessment reports for the academic year is one method to demonstrate this. These reports provide evidence that the programs are evaluating and enhancing their curriculum. They also show continuous improvement.
